CAPE TOWN – Eyebrows were raised when former Minister, Zizi Kodwa, entered parliament about a month ago and now questions are being asked that he has resigned.
His appointment has raised concern about the ANC’s step-aside rule as Kodwa faces serious charges of corruption.
His court case is ongoing.
Even the President of the ANC Veterans League, Dr. Snuki Zikalala, says his appointment shows the ANC is not serious about renewal.
